01 Contractual Bond

By utilizing the services of SVR Chemicals or engaging with this digital platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Service Terms. These terms govern all technical inquiries, stock procurement, and delivery protocols within our ecosystem.

02 Supply & Quality Protocols

SVR Chemicals commits to supplying high-purity solvents and thinners that meet specified technical batch reports. Any discrepancies in batch purity must be reported within 48 hours of industrial delivery to the Nelamangala facility or through our technical helpline.

03 Industrial Handling Risks

Chemical products distributed by SVR Chemicals are for industrial and professional use only. The purchaser assumes all liability for the storage, handling, and application of these volatile substances following the provided safety data and international standards.

04 Quotation & Invoicing

All electronic quotations generated for solvents (Acetone, Toluene, IPA, etc.) are valid for 7 business days from the timestamp of technical dispatch, subject to current market volatility in chemical raw materials.

05 Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from technical services or physical supply chains are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
